Our Story

We are an Indonesian Irish family who love the water, and who especially love to surf. We are based in Bali.

Jarot (Papa) has been teaching surfing for over 10 years and me (Mama) has been surfing for around 3 years. Our baby will turn 1 soon and Papa is ready to get her on board (pun intended!) as soon as possible.

We want to share our love of surfing with you, and so, Karambia Surf was born.

Karambia means coconut in Minang- a local language from West Sumatra and native tongue to Jarot.
